Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that uses spring-based mechanisms to provide resistance for strength, flexibility, and core control. This foundations class will give you the basics required to safely and effectively participate in a Reformer class. Please ensure grip socks are worn during your class- these are also available for purchase at reception.
