Circuit style class working around a series of stations including aerobic and strength conditioning using various equipment such as skipping ropes, agility ladders, steps, bosu/fit balls, resistance bands, dumbbells/barbells and more (may also include boxing drills). A guaranteed uncomplicated and challenging total body workout with stacks of variety.
