A strong focus on full body strengthening & stretching using a variety of body weight poses & exercises from hatha yoga, Body Balance and Pilates – incorporating focus/core ball, band and/or free weights to ensure every muscle switches on including the core. Ideal for fitness enthusiasts, yoga and Pilates participants. Incorporates various fit balls. CHF does not provide yoga mats, please bring your own.
