A strong focus on full body strengthening and stretching using a variety of body weight Yoga postures and Pilates/Core exercises using Yoga blocks to ensure every muscle switches on, including the core. Utilises the 50/55/60cm (large) Fitball and or small ball. CHF does not provide yoga mats, please bring your own.
